What is your response time for breakdowns?
For Bengaluru and surrounding industrial hubs (Peenya, Bommasandra, Hosur, Bidadi), our field service engineers deploy within 4 to 6 hours. For pan-India clients, we guarantee 24-hour response with priority spares dispatch.
Are spare parts readily available?
